Program management and Speed School facilitator coaching

Job Okello is a dedicated advocate for students, committed to expanding access to education and helping under-educated children realize their potential. Drawing on his background in both classroom teaching and education program management, he combines practical experience with a passion for empowering students. 

Before joining Geneva Global Uganda, Job served as Head Teacher at Imyepi Secondary School and held roles as Education Project Officer with Windle International Uganda and the Norwegian Refugee Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Gulu University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute. 

Currently, Job is pursuing a Master’s degree in Education Management and Administration at Gulu University while serving as a Program Officer at Geneva Global Uganda. In his role he conducts mentorship and coaching of Speed School facilitators, providing support and supervision. He promotes stakeholder engagement with all education actors and acts as a critical link between the district local government and the Geneva Global team. 

Why are you passionate about your work at Geneva Global?

I enjoy being part of the hard working team of educators at Geneva Global.  I am proud to say that I love education and aiding in changing children’s lives to give them a better life and fulfil their dreams. “No one should be left behind.” 

What brings you joy? 

God’s love being everlasting, having my parents alive, my family and seeing new day pass.
