Staff transitions are a fact of life, but they’re never easy. You want to protect the time of a colleague who is welcoming an addition to their family, caring for a sick family member, or taking on a new role — while also continuing to meet your responsibilities to grantees and partners. We provide capacity to bridge those periods more easily.
Before joining Geneva Global, we were grant managers, program officers, fundraisers, policy wonks, and communications specialists. We are experienced serving as embedded staff in foundations, individuals and families philanthropies — working for more than a decade alongside a client, in one case — as well as joining a team for a short period of time to fill in during a leave or a big event.
Even in a data rich world, finding donors to join your cause is often difficult. As one foundation learned, this can be especially true for more distant geographies and newer initiatives.
