A natural leader and collaborator, Alison is known for balancing big-picture thinking with keen attention to detail. Passionate about maximizing impact and proximate funding, Alison collaborates with mission-driven teams and foundations to turn vision into lasting change.

Prior to joining Geneva Global, Alison held roles in growth strategy consulting, interpersonal mental health care, and non-profit program and volunteer management.

Alison holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colby College.

What’s an interesting fact that others would not know about you?

I make jam in the summer, pickles in the fall, and maple syrup in the spring.
