Arlene aids in the data entry and communication with the fund’s grantee partners, a facet of her role that is crucial to ensuring the programs team can deliver high-quality support to the fund grantee partners as they help communities to end child marriage.

Arlene has worked her way up to her current role after joining Geneva Global team five years ago as an administrative assistant, providing day-to-day staff support services to give team members the ability to deliver high-quality work to clients effectively and efficiently.

Previously, she worked as an executive assistant to three financial advisors with AXA Equitable for six years, and was a practice manager with the Clinical Care Associates of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she managed day-to-day operations of a multi-physician medical practice.

What’s your best travel advice?
When traveling by air, always take a carry-on packed with at least one night’s essentials; you never know when your checked luggage is going to have a more adventurous journey than you are!
