As a member of the Design and Implementation team, Keshia supports Geneva Global’s education initiatives in Ethiopia, working closely with country teams and consortium partners to strengthen education systems and improve learning outcomes for students. She brings deep expertise in program operations, grants management, and building partnerships with government ministries, international donors, and implementing organizations across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
Prior to joining Geneva Global, Keshia spent her career in international development advancing education equity and economic opportunity for underserved communities across multiple organizations. Keshia’s career began as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Ghana, where she lived and worked alongside community members implementing agriculture and infrastructure projects. This formative experience taught her the importance of centering community knowledge and priorities in development work.
She holds an MBA in Social Impact and MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a BA in Women’s Studies and French from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Keshia is fluent in French and conversational in Dagbani, a Northern Ghanaian language. Outside of work, Keshia enjoys volunteering, reading, watching documentaries, and talking sports (mainly Football (Soccer) and tennis).
