Felix Amabe is a dedicated and detail-oriented leader in sustainable development initiatives with an 18-year career spanning across several roles in project management, monitoring and evaluation. He brings a strong understanding of participatory approaches and rigorous qualitative and quantitative research methodology to Geneva Global Uganda’s programming. Felix has a track record of designing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance compliance with methodological standards and best practices.
As Program Manager: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for Geneva Global Uganda, Felix leverages his deep technical expertise in MEAL to design data collection tools, manage databases, conduct data analysis and synthesis, and provide technical support for field evaluations and the development of monitoring and reporting systems. His goal is to develop a functional, user-friendly, and cost-effective MEAL system while advancing new business development. Felix is particularly proud of his work in developing cost-effective M&E systems for managing education in different levels of institutions.
Felix has extensive experience working with NGOs, donor agencies, and government agencies, particularly in conflict-affected regions in Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biostatistics & Natural Resources Management, as well as post-graduate certificates in Community-based Development and Project Planning and Management. Additionally, he is a certified PMD Pro.1 Practitioner. Felix is passionate about providing data-driven solutions and enhancing program impact, making him an invaluable asset to the team at Geneva Global Uganda.
