Walking into the Geneva Global Uganda office, you are welcomed by Julius’ warm smile and greetings that immediately make you feel a part of the Geneva Global Uganda team. During crucial meetings with collaborating partners, Julius ensures no cup is left empty and no pen is out of ink. He is adept at anticipating the needs of visitors and the Geneva Global Uganda team. When team members are busy with the Speed School implementation, Julius steps in to keep the team organized while they work in the office. As needed, Julius will step in to support staff members with on-site and off-site events and logistical planning. In this role, he ensures that each event is emblematic of the hard work the Geneva Global Uganda does in service of the Speed School programs.
Prior to Geneva Global Uganda, Julius worked across various administrative roles. In Kampala, Julius worked as a delivery agent, truck driver, and as a hotel front desk in several hotels. As a delivery agent and truck driver, Julius learned how to stay organized with his assigned deliveries and the importance of strong time management skills. Now in the Geneva Global Uganda office, Julius applies these same skills to ensure the office operates efficiently and smoothly. In his time working at hotels, Julius’ solidified his customer service expertise. This is where Julius learned how to anticipate the needs of guests and ensure each guest left with a smile on their face. He strives for this same guest satisfaction in the Geneva Global Uganda office ensuring both staff and guests leave the office with a smile on their faces.
