Our main U.S. office is a short distance from the Paoli, PA train station. We gather there once a week to collaborate on work and eat together as a team for relationship building. When team members travel to different locations for client engagements and conferences, they try to connect with colleagues who live locally. We also support staff who choose to work remotely from different parts of the country and the world, and engage with one another to build strong relationships.
We’re adaptable to our clients’ needs and that extends to the way we work, too. We embrace flexible work schedules and recognize that traditional 9-to-5 approaches to managing projects and teams are not always practical or effective.

In my 20-plus years of professional experience in international development, I have met many committed individuals and organizations to the cause of improving access and quality of education for young people.
