The Position and Its Qualifications
You’ll enjoy working on these tasks.
Collaborate with workstream leaders to support a variety of client initiatives that span a range of issue areas, such as improving global public health, mitigating climate change, and creating a more equitable world.
Conduct research, interviews, and evaluations, as well as support the creation of plans, monitoring and evaluation tools, guides, and more to help clients strengthen their technical operations, grantmaking and management, institutional capacity, and program outcome.
Drafting, copyediting, and polishing content; and as well as grantmaking and program management.
Working on multiple projects concurrently with a combination of short-term and long-term projects
Qualifications
You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of professional experience.
You’re skilled using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and may also have used Publisher, InDesign, Salesforce, and project management platforms like Asana.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for more than one year. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Strong communication and coordination skills to support clients, team, and stakeholder engagements and communications.
Strong research, writing, editing, and formatting skills, and the ability to put the final “polish” on documents, presentations, and other deliverables for our clients.
Attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Critical thinking skills to track, manage, and analyze data, both quantitative and qualitative, relating to program design, implementation, and evaluation in specific sectors and broad areas of global development.
Enthusiasm for learning and career growth in philanthropy, grants management, or program management.
