Christopher is passionate about inclusive education and community empowerment with a strong focus on mentorship and capacity building. He works closely with educators and stakeholders to create meaningful change in the education sector. His work is rooted in a deep belief in second chances and the transformative power of education.
Christopher joined Geneva Global Uganda in 2025 as a Program Officer, bringing rich experience in education and project implementation. In this role, Christopher provides mentorship and coaching to Speed School facilitators, ensuring effective support, supervision, and clinical oversight. He also plays a key role in engaging with education actors, helping to align district-level efforts with Geneva Global’s mission and ensuring that project outcomes are successfully achieved.
Before joining Geneva Global Uganda, Christopher built a strong foundation in education through various teaching and leadership roles. He served as a secondary school teacher at Bweyogerere High School, Highfield High School of East Africa, and Valley View SS-Yumbe. His leadership journey continued as the head teacher at Valley View and as an Education Project Assistant with Finn Church Aid in Yumbe. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education (Planning and Management) at Bugema University.
Christopher believes in the power of second chances, especially for children who face barriers to education. He attributes his success to the opportunity once given to his mother, which ultimately shaped his path. For Christopher, working at Geneva Global is a way to pay forward the transformative impact of inclusive education.
