From the beginning to the end of a Speed School visit, Kenneth is with the Geneva Global Uganda team every step of the way. As driver for Geneva Global Uganda, Kenneth is responsible for the safety of the Geneva Global Uganda team and guests as they navigate within and between districts visiting Speed School programs. Working across the entire team has allowed Kenneth to gain valuable insights into the various implementation districts and statuses of the Speed School programs. Kenneth has been a professional driver for over six years for both local and international organizations in Uganda. When a visiting stakeholder has a question on the way to a site, Kenneth has an answer. He also uses his time to gather recommendations and insights that he can share with visitors as they navigate the bustling streets of Kampala into the various Speed School districts. For every important conversation the Geneva Global Uganda team has on the way to a site, Kenneth is there to give the staff a different perspective or to bounce ideas off of. Kenneth has become a frequent face for many Speed School administrators across Uganda as he supports Geneva Global Uganda managers with the delivery of Speed School materials to implementation sites. As a trained automative technician, Kenneth ensures that all Geneva Global Uganda’s vehicles are mechanically sound, clean, and fit to be driven. Kenneth loves his job because it blends his joy for cars and travelling.
