Rachel is part of the Operations team at Geneva Global, where she helps keep the organization running smoothly and strategically. Her work spans enterprise risk management, corporate insurance, compliance, contracting, and operational continuity. She partners closely with teams across the organization to support cross‑functional initiatives and turn strategy into practical, actionable plans. Rachel also oversees office operations and coordinates efforts that help teams work effectively and stay aligned.
Previously, Rachel worked in operations for a real estate developer in the San Francisco Bay Area, supporting office, contract, and risk management functions. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a certificate in Human Resources from The Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and contributing where she can to causes she cares about.
